About The Position

A private couple is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented executive housekeeper to manage the upkeep of their ~5,000 sq. ft. residence located on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach, FL. The principals value discretion, consistency, and high-quality service. This is a long-term, full-time position, with a focus on maintaining a well-run, welcoming home for both everyday living and frequent travel periods. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, positive energy, and comfort working in a dynamic household. This is an excellent opportunity to join a kind and respectful household in a long-term, stable role with clear expectations and a positive working environment. This job is open to local candidates only at this time. The general ideal schedule is 5 days a week with one of those days needing to be either Saturday or Sunday(candidates choice), 40 hours per week, but the principals are flexible under the following guidelines. Schedule: 1 weekend day is required when principals are in residence - (Typical days off: 2 consecutive days off) Principals are away from residence ~1 weekend per month and ~60 days during the summer, where you will have reduced responsibilites Daily Hours: Approx. 7 hours/day; flexible schedule

Requirements

Prior experience in high-end private homes required
Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative independently
Ability to take constructive criticism if needed
Professional, discreet, and calm demeanor
Must have a valid driver’s license
Strong command of English language, Spanish language a bonus
Tech savvy, must be able to communicate via email, text, and use household apps
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be local to Miami, FL

Responsibilities

Household Cleaning & Organization: Daily cleaning and overall upkeep of a multi-level, 4-bedroom residence
Floor care, surface cleaning, dusting, polishing, and upkeep of fine finishes
Laundry, ironing, linen care, and closet organization
Inventory management and supply restocking
Occasional errands and grocery shopping
Coordinating with vendors and supervising household services as needed
Hospitality & Household Support: Greeting guests in a polished, professional manner
Offering light poolside or guest services when needed
Travel Support - Flexibility appreciated for travel support or adjusted hours while principals are away
