About The Position
A family in Bal Harbour, FL, is seeking an experienced, polished, and professional full-time housekeeper to support their luxury vacation condo, which consists of 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and is approximately 6000 sq ft. This is a service-oriented role suited for a candidate who is confident working independently, understands formal household standards, and maintains discretion at all times. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm when the family is not in residence. There will be some downtime. When the family is in residence, flexibility to work longer hours will be required. The home should be kept in guest-ready condition at all times. This position is open to local candidates only.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury or formal private households
- Ability to work independently and follow established standards
- Uniform required
- Willingness to sign an NDA
- Experience with service in a home setting, or willingness to learn
- Pet-friendly
- Legal to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping care of a large, high-end condominium
- Daily cleaning and upkeep, including:
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Kitchen cleaning (dishes, appliances, counters, fully stocked areas)
- Bathroom cleaning and sanitation
- Bed making, linen changing, and pressing as needed
- Maintaining the home in guest-ready condition at all times
- Beverage and light meal service support as requested
- Table setting
- Care awareness around a medium-sized dog (bulldog)
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness during periods of occupancy and downtime
- Keep household items stocked (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and other common items)
- Preparing the residence for the family’s arrival, including grocery shopping
