About The Position

As a Full-Time Food Production Team Member you will be responsible for preparing all menu items in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining our commitment to serving Grade-A quality food. Working in the kitchen requires you to be excellent in the following positions: Breading chicken Operating the fryers and grills Assembling sandwiches Making special salads Preparing catering orders Who are we looking for: To thrive in this role, you are someone who likes working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to complete tasks fast and accurately. • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs overhead
• Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time (6-8 hrs)
