Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and create a compelling customer experience at POC and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support the service team in meeting storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to accurately execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines.
• Support the training of associates on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Support inventory accuracy by timely completion of merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register balancing and authorizing voided transactions.
• Model and guide associates in customer service philosophies and resolving customer issues.
• Monitor daily store activity and educate associates on loss prevention standards.
• Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed business decisions.
• Train and reinforce company policies and safety procedures.
