About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and create a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support the service team in meeting storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates on point of sale and customer service standards.
• Support the training of associates on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register balancing and authorizing voided transactions.
• Model and guide associates in customer service philosophies and resolving issues.
• Support operational standards and merchandising presentation, including accurate pricing.
• Prevent loss by educating associates and monitoring store activity.
• Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive store results.
• Train and reinforce company policies and safety procedures.
