Quinnipiac University's School of Nursing invites applicants who are dynamic clinicians and educators for a full-time 12-month clinical track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. We are particularly interested in candidates with practice and teaching experience in fundamentals of nursing combined with either pediatrics or obstetrics/women’s health, along with the ability to teach across the lifespan and expertise in didactic, clinical, and/or laboratory settings. The position supports the School’s competency-based curriculum aligned with the AACN 2021 Essentials, emphasizing learner-centered approaches, clinical judgment, and integration of evidence-based practice. Faculty members contribute to the development of practice ready nurses and advanced practice nurses through innovative teaching strategies and mentoring. Faculty support the School’s mission to develop exceptional, practice-ready nurses as leaders in science-based, holistic care through innovative and inclusive education.
