About The Position

We’re representing a mission-driven healthcare-tech company that is redesigning how patients access life-changing therapies. With a strong product-market fit and explosive growth, this team is building a new infrastructure layer to tackle some of the biggest barriers in care delivery — from insurance workflows to provider coordination and beyond. Their platform weaves together AI, data pipelines, and intuitive UX to automate clinical, administrative, and logistical workflows across a highly regulated industry. Backed by top-tier investors, this is a rare opportunity to join early and drive real-world impact in healthcare and drug access while operating at the pace and scale of a tech-first company. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll own critical projects end-to-end — from roadmap definition through execution, launch, and iteration. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you’ll:

Requirements

  • 0–15 years of software engineering experience (open to both rising stars and senior engineers).
  • Track record at fast-growing, product-focused companies (e.g., Stripe, Square, Scale AI) or high-caliber early-stage startups.
  • Comfortable building full-stack systems from scratch — must not be frontend-only .
  • Deep proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes (or similar).
  • Former founders or early builders welcome.
  • Degree in Computer Science, ideally from a top-tier institution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience deciphering and automating complex workflows — especially in regulated industries like healthcare, fintech, or logistics.
  • Exposure to building data or ML-powered systems (e.g., RAG, document extraction, prediction models).
  • Strong bias toward action — moves quickly, iterates fast, and executes with intensity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly, both internally and externally.
  • Past involvement with peer networks like Pear Fellows or Neo Scholars is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build new features and products across the stack — including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
  • Partner closely with go-to-market and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable software systems.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and partners to solve real problems in real-time.
  • Develop internal tools, data pipelines, and decision engines that power critical business workflows.
  • Lead initiatives to improve engineering velocity, system reliability, and product quality as the company scales.
  • Participate in cross-functional product and company strategy discussions, including growth and profitability trade-offs.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Early opportunity to define company culture and technology
  • Fast career growth for high performers
  • Join a mission-driven team solving some of healthcare’s toughest access problems
