About The Position

Elite Technical is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with project support/hands on experience with a AWS Cloud migration effort. The selected candidate will perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of our client's legacy web application, along with supporting their AWS migration effort. The selected candidate will work with appropriate stakeholders to define system scope and objectives and establish baselines. Establishes project standards and processes. Breaks down software requirements and creates highly complex systems. This position is a fully remote opportunity and is a long term (12 month PLUS) contract position.

Requirements

BS Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
8+ years of Software Development experience
Hands-on experience supporting an AWS Migration utilizing services such as EKS, EC2, AWS API Gateway, etc... Must have hands on AWS migration exp moving applications to cloud.
Must have strong Kubernetes experience. Certified Kubernete professionals highly desired (CKA, CKAD, KCNA)
Frontend: Angular 16+, CSS, HTML, React
Must have Spring Boot framework, Java (v21 is preferred) development experience with ability to develop unit / integration test cases using Junit /TestNg.
Must have ability to understand and work with code developed by other developers.
Must have extensive experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English).
