We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will work closely with a product manager, other developers, clinicians, and staff to deliver well-scoped, high-quality software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused individual contribution, takes pride in clean, maintainable code, and brings a calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving. You’ll contribute across the full stack, from front-end implementation to back-end services, database interactions, and cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on reliability and long-term maintainability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
  • Experience with a modern backend programming language (C#, Java, TypeScript, etc.)
  • Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, React, etc.)
  • Familiarity with relational databases and experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and testing tools
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and paradigms (xUnit, Jest, Puppeteer, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and basic administration
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework
  • Experience with Typescript and modern Angular v16+
  • Experience with Azure administration and Bicep templates
  • Experience with system administration and cloud best practices
  • Experience with SQL Server, designing queries, schemas, and migrations
  • Experience with Gitlab DevOps tooling and deployment pipelines
  • Experience with machine learning concepts or analytics applications
  • Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker, Podman, etc.)
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards like FHIR, HL7 or other interoperability protocols

Responsibilities

  • Independently design and implement well-scoped user-facing features and back-end services, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to modern software development practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain robust APIs to support seamless communication between application components and external systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Debug and resolve issues efficiently, including investigating root causes and implementing durable fixes.
  • Approach collaboration with empathy and professionalism as a reliable team player, communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, and a respectful working style, contributing positively to team culture through reliability, humility, and follow-through.
