About The Position

We’re seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and deploy robust cloud-based applications that power our internal and customer-facing platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent across the full development lifecycle, from backend APIs and infrastructure automation to front-end experiences, and is passionate about building scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in Python and Django (ORM, REST frameworks, templates, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript and front-end development principles.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (pull requests, code reviews, tagging, versioning).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience deploying and managing applications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Workflows / Actions.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web applications using Django and Python.
  • Implement modern front-end features using JavaScript (and related libraries/frameworks as appropriate).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other automation tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, product owners, and QA to deliver secure, high-performance software.
  • Implement version control best practices with Git and branching strategies that support multi-team development.
  • Optimize cloud deployments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, technology selection, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write SQL queries
