About The Position

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Growth Marketer who’s hands-on, data-driven, and eager to build from scratch. You’ll own and operate the full funnel: acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle, and content. This is a hands-on, doer role, no teams to manage (yet), just a clear opportunity to drive results and grow into leadership as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS (ideally in PLG or trial-based products)
  • Ability to write effective copy (emails, CTAs, blog intros) without a content team
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot AND Intercom
  • Ability to edit and update WordPress pages without developer help
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI for writing, planning, or automating
  • Ability to analyze funnels and launch experiments independently
  • Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments where you’re trusted to own outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or automating lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience with brand or social marketing with lifecycle or funnel ownership
  • Experience executing paid ads or email automations without relying solely on agencies
  • Experience using generative AI tools for marketing workflows
  • Personal experience working inside HubSpot workflows or Intercom Series

Responsibilities

  • Launch onboarding, trial nurture, and re-engagement flows in HubSpot
  • Create in-app product tours, nudges, and messaging using Intercom
  • Write and optimize lifecycle copy for clarity, tone, and conversions
  • Create segmented campaigns for different personas or product behaviors
  • Optimize and edit WordPress pages directly (landing pages, CTAs, SEO meta)
  • Audit and improve existing blog posts for SEO and CTA conversion
  • Launch small-scale paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google) and retargeting
  • Use generative AI to accelerate content refreshes, ad copy, and email ideas
  • Repurpose blog content and product updates into engaging social media posts
  • Participate in and post on relevant forums, Slack groups, LinkedIn conversations, etc.
  • Help cultivate an early-stage community motion around shared data/ops challenges
  • Experiment with growth loops via referrals, user sharing, and community spotlights
  • Set up Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for full-funnel visibility: visit → signup → activation → paid
  • Track campaign performance and iterate quickly
  • Build dashboards and implement custom events and triggers to measure conversion and feature usage
  • Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks
  • Create segmented ICPs and light product marketing frameworks
  • Work cross-functionally with product and CS to identify activation levers
  • Help define messaging, differentiators, and light ABM targets
