Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Full Stack Engineering Manager in Irving, TX. The job duties include supervising a team of Full Stack Engineers across various levels, assigning tasks, and monitoring the completion of core responsibilities and projects. The role involves designing and building analytical data systems, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and identifying appropriate datasets for solutions. Additionally, the manager will supervise and assign work assignments, work schedules, and projects to programmers, designers, technologists, technicians, or other engineering or scientific personnel. The position also requires preparing reports concerning project specifications and overseeing the approval of work products, re-engineering complex data integration solutions to enhance system functionality and performance, and preparing documentation detailing specifications, activities, or system capabilities while sharing updates with stakeholders. Strategic decision-making impacting teams and projects through regular consultation with senior management is also a key responsibility. The manager will interact with system analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to manage issues, risks, and performance requirements for a project.

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
  • Must have 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in managing, designing, and developing large scale data migration, data integration, and data consumption solutions.
  • Must have 5 years of experience supporting a high availability Data Solution on Teradata, Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Must have 5 years of programming experience with Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Must have 5 years of experience working on Complex SQL and SQL Performance Tuning.
  • Must have 5 years of experience translating business and functional requirements into technical requirement and designs for data integration, migration, and data consumption.
  • Must have 5 years of experience utilizing Agile Delivery Methodologies for project development including work breakdown, sizing, PI planning, Sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Must have 4 years of experience utilizing AWS Web services, Ab initio, or Pyspark.
  • Must have 4 years of experience working with Infrastructure and Operations team to configure Qlik Replicate or other data replication tools.
  • Must have 4 years of experience implementing data migration and integration with Databricks or Ab initio.
  • Must have 4 years of experience working with Infrastructure and Operations team to configure Apache Kafka.
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
