Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Full Stack Engineering Manager in Irving, TX. The job duties include supervising a team of Full Stack Engineers across various levels, assigning tasks, and monitoring the completion of core responsibilities and projects. The role involves designing and building analytical data systems, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and identifying appropriate datasets for solutions. The manager will supervise and assign work assignments, work schedules, and projects to programmers, designers, technologists, technicians, or other engineering or scientific personnel. They will prepare reports concerning project specifications and oversee the approval of work products. Additionally, the manager will re-engineer complex data integration solutions to enhance system functionality and performance, prepare reports and documentation detailing specifications, activities, or system capabilities, and share updates with stakeholders. Strategic decision-making impacting teams and projects will be made through regular consultation with senior management. The role also requires interaction with system analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to manage issues, risks, and performance requirements for a project.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • 5 years of experience in managing, designing, and developing large scale data migration, data integration, and data consumption solutions.
  • 5 years of experience supporting a high availability Data Solution on Teradata, Databricks or Snowflake.
  • 5 years of programming experience with Python, Java, or Scala.
  • 5 years of experience working on Complex SQL and SQL Performance Tuning.
  • 5 years of experience translating business and functional requirements into technical requirements and designs for data integration, migration, and data consumption.
  • 5 years of experience utilizing Agile Delivery Methodologies for project development.
  • 4 years of experience utilizing AWS Web services, Ab initio, or Pyspark.
  • 4 years of experience working with Infrastructure and Operations team to configure Qlik Replicate or other data replication tools.
  • 4 years of experience implementing data migration and integration with Databricks or Ab initio.
  • 4 years of experience working with Infrastructure and Operations team to configure Apache Kafka.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.
