About The Position

We are building the next generation of global payment infrastructure. Our mission is to make stablecoins and digital assets usable in the real world by powering card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, and remittances. We partner with leading fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to launch inclusive, borderless financial solutions. Backed by top-tier investors including Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, Galaxy Ventures, and Lightspeed , we are a lean, "mighty" team of veteran founders and passionate builders. We operate with an open, flat structure where every team member has the freedom to explore ideas and directly impact our product roadmap. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you will be a core member of the team building our rewards and co-brand platform. You will maintain and expand third-party rewards programs—largely in conjunction with major league sports partners —and embed new payment solutions into these applications. We are looking for a candidate who wants to take true ownership of the tech stack governing our co-branded payment ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and Node.js.
  • The "Builder" Mentality: You aren’t just a coder; you are a creator who likely experiments with side projects and thrives on building from the ground up.
  • Ownership Mindset: Experience taking a feature from ideation to production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a hypergrowth startup where priorities can evolve.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Fintech (specifically neobanking or card issuing) is a significant plus.
  • Experience building or interacting with dApps and Web3 infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Build and scale products across our full stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, Node.js) with a primary focus on our Rewards engine.
  • Technical Roadmap: Help drive architectural decisions and technical strategy as we continue to scale globally.
  • On-Chain Interaction: Interface with smart contracts across multiple blockchain networks to bridge the gap between DeFi and real-world payments.
  • Ownership: Take lead on the code and infrastructure governing our major league sports partnerships and co-branded payment programs.
