About The Position

Greeley CDJR is seeking a highly skilled Full Detailer / Full Detail Manager to oversee and perform all vehicle detailing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all Used and customer vehicles meet dealership quality standards for cleanliness, appearance, and presentation. The ideal candidate has strong detailing expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage workflow and staff while maintaining high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional automotive detailing experience (managerial experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ceramic coatings, paint correction, and buffing
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Basic mechanical or cosmetic reconditioning knowledge
  • Customer service experience in a dealership environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform full interior and exterior detailing on Used and customer vehicles
  • Wash, wax, polish, buff, and apply protective coatings (sealants, ceramic, etc.)
  • Deep clean interiors including carpets, upholstery, leather, plastics, and headliners
  • Remove stains, odors, pet hair, and heavy soil buildup
  • Restore headlights, trim, and minor cosmetic reconditioning as needed
  • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards before delivery
  • Manage detailing workflow and prioritize vehicles for sales and service departments
  • Train, supervise, and schedule detail staff
  • Maintain productivity standards and ensure deadlines are met
  • Enforce safety procedures and proper chemical handling
  • Provide coaching and feedback to detail team members
  • Order and manage detailing supplies, chemicals, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain detailing equipment and ensure proper functionality
  • Track inventory and control costs
  • Prepare vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Handle customer detail requests and resolve quality concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized detailing area and wash bay
