About The Position

Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) is a Wall Street–based financial services brokerage firm and one of the nation’s leading providers of working capital solutions for businesses. Our expanding Midtown office in Manhattan represents the company’s high-energy culture, fast-paced growth, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our leadership team and play a key role in building out our talented sales division. The Full-Cycle Lead Recruiter will oversee all stages of recruiting, onboarding, and talent pipeline development for our Midtown sales team. This individual will work cross-functionally with other offices and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives, identify top-performing candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate is organized, intuitive, and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience in financial services, sales, or brokerage environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-driven organization.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of organization, intuition, and emotional intelligence when working with candidates and team members.
  • Experience using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires for the Midtown sales team.
  • Partner closely with department heads and senior management across multiple offices to understand hiring needs and business goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruiting strategies and streamline hiring processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to recruiting support staff as the Miami office continues to expand.
  • Represent PMF’s brand and values in all candidate interactions, maintaining a professional and engaging presence.
  • Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on hiring progress and performance.
