We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to own hiring across our business roles, which includes Account Executives, Business Development, HR, and beyond. You will partner directly with both functional leaders and our growing recruiting team to define hiring priorities, pressure test profiles, and close high impact talent in competitive markets. This is not a coordination role. You will run point on some of the most critical hires at the company and help shape how Brain Co. scales beyond engineering. Recruiting is treated as a strategic function here. You will be expected to bring judgment, data, and clear recommendations to the table.
