About The Position

Lead full cycle recruiting for non-technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume, but high bar environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors.
  • Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity
  • You understand and use metrics to inform your hiring tactics and strategies and help hiring managers to do the same.
