About The Position

Fulfillment Position Open! Looking for an Employee to join our team! Hours are 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Job Purpose: Fulfillment staff is responsible for the efficient and accurate stocking, pulling, packing, and shipping of website and wholesale orders. The Fulfillment staff accomplishes this under the direction of the Fulfillment Manager and Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities: Access, retrieve, process and complete Orders from the Ship Station and/or SAP systems. Sort, rotate, stock, and pull items on racks and shelves according to organizational and FIFO standards. Maintains company standards for inventory accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure safety and product integrity. Inspects product at each step of fulfillment, packing and shipping process to check for quality defects. Works efficiently to ensure shipping deadlines are met and waste is minimized. Assists in staging and loading pulled orders into delivery vehicles. Assist and train new personnel on proper operational procedures. Properly utilize appropriate safety equipment and PPE. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Work Environment: Job duties are performed primarily indoors in a non-climate-controlled food production / warehouse environment. Conditions require a tolerance for heat, cold, dust, and noise. Physical Requirements: The nature of the position is physical and requires repetitive motions including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling items throughout the day. The ability to lift and/or move objects up to 30lbs pounds is required. The ability to stand and walk throughout an entire shift is needed. Education, Experience, and Job Competencies: Ability to cooperate with others and work harmoniously to get the job done. Regular attendance and dependability are an essential function of this position. Computer skills are required to be able to complete processes in SAP and Ship Station accurately. A willingness to learn new skills and adaptability to changing circumstances. Working knowledge and use of GMP’s and food safety principles. Ability to make sound, logical decisions, and a strong detail orientation. Proven ability to be self-motivated and work productively without direct supervision. Bilingual ability, Spanish / English, is a plus.
