Requirements
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills (read, write, and comprehend English).
- Ready to learn and grow through on-the-job training.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physically able to handle the demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment, including lifting up to 35 lbs frequently and working in various temperatures.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift/chariot certification is a bonus, but we're happy to train motivated candidates!
Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Use scanners and team communication to accurately pull and prepare orders.
- Ship Shape: Tag, wrap, and secure orders for shipment, by hand or with our Smart Wrapper.
- Load & Go: Safely load trucks, ensuring all cargo is secure for delivery.
- Stay Organized: Verify all documentation and help stock incoming freight to keep our warehouse running smoothly.
- Gear Up: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
