Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
• Previous experience in a Lead or team coordination role preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret work-related information.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to Fulfillment team members.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Monitor daily operations and communicate status updates and issues to leadership.
• Partner with supervisors to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Perform administrative support tasks including scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, ISO standards, and safety requirements.
• Promote a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment.
