Requirements
- 2+ years of Supervisor or Lead experience in a warehouse and/or food preparation facility
- Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation, cleanliness, and operational procedures
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Knowledge of Google Suit platform
- Goal focused
- Able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Push and pull up to 100 lbs
- Manual dexterity for handling kitchen equipment and packaging materials.
- Ability to work in temperature controlled environments
- Must haves…
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work into cold environments (41F or less) / Non Slip shoes required.
- Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse work
- Bilingual with Spanish and English
- Willing to rotate shifts (Day - Overnight)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure proper follow up on daily tasks, responsibilities, break times, etc.. to team members
- Productivity, efficiencies and improvements
- Communication between 3PL's, shipping couriers, and customer service
- Liaison between hourly team members and management
- Be the subject matter expert of Fulfillment and Logistics
