About The Position

SPA, a TRG company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to support our Milford, OH facility. As a Fulfillment Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 10-15 associates, ensuring safety, productivity, accuracy, and service-level performance while driving continuous process improvement and technology adoption within a 3PL operation. 1st shift hours are from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Requirements

  • Three plus years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL fulfillment operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives that increased picking or processing productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience researching and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, internal stakeholders, and customers.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.
  • Experience in multi-client or high-volume fulfillment environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 warehouse associates to achieve daily productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.
  • Oversee daily picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through system analysis, physical verification, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Communicate operational updates, challenges, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives focused on increasing picking/processing speed, throughput and overall operational efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership teams to implement new technologies, automation tools, or system enhancements within the 3PL fulfillment environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and safety standards.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and develop action plans to improve service levels and operational performance.
