Your Job
This Packaging Specialist position is responsible for the labeling, pouring, and packaging engineered resins manufactured for photochemistry applications. A detailed breakdown of the different responsibilities associated with this position is defined below. We 1st shift and 2nd shift are both available for this position.

Requirements

• Good attendance record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on an independent basis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Spectra health and safety and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for applying product and compliance labels onto cartridges
• Responsible for pouring engineered resins from mixing tanks into cartridges
• Responsible for bagging and boxing engineered resins into individual bags and cartons
• Responsible for taping cartons, inserting into master box, and palletizing
• Responsible to follow and maintain all the documentation associated with quality control
• Suggest procedural and process improvements to meet or exceed the plant’s productivity and quality goals.
• Provide firsthand support to Fulfillment on any manufacturing process issues
• Maintain effective communication channels (oral and written) to all levels at plant
