About The Position

Summary The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties at the fulfillment center including, but not limited to: filling outgoing consumer requests for literature, coupons, checks, gift cards, kitting, and monthly correspondence. This person may also be the primary person or back up to print daily work for the team Essential Duties & Responsibility Other duties may be assigned. Participate in filling orders, replenishing products, completing inventoriesMaintain work areas so that they are clean and organizedPerform duties to meet team service levelsParticipate in team meetings to communicate any suggestions, ideas for process improvement, issues or concerns and work closely with Floor Leads, Analysts, Team Leaders and Program Directors Maintain and adjust inventory levels for internal and external clients Check in products, coupons, checks, etc. and help perform cycle counts as necessary Process mail/shipments through UPS, FedEx and USPS Print daily work for team, if appropriate Participate in picking, sorting, packing orders, printing pick tickets, and replenishing product Perform quality checks Perform ad-hoc special projects as requested Meet individual and team productivity goals Help other teams at the Fulfillment Center with work as necessary Follow Fulfillment Center safety guidelines at all times Regular attendance, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and essential function of this position.
