About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is expanding its presence in China and is seeking a Fulfillment & Order Management Manager to establish and scale our order management and fulfillment capabilities in the region. This role will be responsible for building China's order processing and fulfillment infrastructure from the ground up, including system integrations, inventory control, order allocation, and last-mile delivery-ensuring we meet evolving customer expectations while staying compliant with local regulations. This role will work closely with global teams and China-based partners to deliver a world-class fan experience through timely, accurate, and cost-efficient order management across DTC and marketplace channels (e.g., Tmall, JD, WeChat Mini Programs).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, order management, or supply chain operations within China.
  • Proven success in building or optimizing order management and fulfillment operations, ideally in an eCommerce or marketplace-led environment.
  • Deep knowledge of China's fulfillment landscape, including 3PL partners, last-mile carriers, and major platforms (Tmall, JD, WeChat).
  • Familiarity with China's customs, returns policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., cross-border tax treatment, GS1 barcode compliance).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with OMS, WMS, and inventory management tools.
  • Mandarin fluency and strong English communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable solutions in a high-growth market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end order management across China channels, ensuring order accuracy, SLA compliance, and fast resolution of exceptions.
  • Implement robust order allocation and routing processes to minimize split shipments and delays.
  • Maintain real-time visibility of inventory across OMS, WMS, ERP, and marketplace systems.
  • Oversee returns and reverse logistics with a focus on local consumer expectations and cost efficiency.
  • Launch and manage warehouse and 3PL operations in China, including onboarding, inbound, storage, and outbound order fulfillment.
  • Establish SOPs tailored to Chinese eCommerce platforms (e.g., Tmall SLA rules, JD warehouse integrations).
  • Monitor fulfillment KPIs including order accuracy, return cycle time, and shrinkage.
  • Partner with global tech teams to implement and localize OMS and WMS for China.
  • Ensure smooth integration with Shopify, ERP, Tmall, JD, WeChat, and other platforms.
  • Use automation and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual touchpoints.
  • Build and manage partnerships with local and regional shipping carriers to ensure on-time delivery, competitive pricing, and high service quality.
  • Work with cross-border supply chain teams on customs clearance, labeling, and compliance with China's tax and duty regulations.
  • Partner closely with China eCommerce, Customer Service, Product, and Global Supply Chain teams to align order management and fulfillment operations with business goals.
  • Provide operational readiness and support for major campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Ensure order management and fulfillment processes comply with China-specific labor, safety, consumer protection, and customs regulations.
  • Identify risks in logistics, system integrations, or regulatory areas and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and improve operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team or 3PL partner network in China.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation in a fast-scaling environment.
