The role of a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader can provide you with skills and experience in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies), planning daily/weekly workload, process improvements, workload efficiency, and leading a team of hourly team members (interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent).
