The role of a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader can provide you with skills and experience in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, retail business fundamentals (including sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions), planning daily/weekly workload, process improvements, workload efficiency, and leading a team of hourly team members (including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent). This role is for individuals who enjoy interacting and helping others, thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding environment, and are open to working a variable work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts.
