About The Position

Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university or college or equivalent with at least 6 years in Sourcing, Project Management, Operations or relevant experience.
OR High school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Sourcing, Project Management, Operations or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Any service related activity to fulfill replacement and spare parts including transactional services, parts for casting for outages, Hot Gas Parts etc...
A part is defined as any component (material, single part or sub- assembly) of the "System & Equipment" which is or may be required for the continued operation of the "System & Equipment" during its life time.
Includes spare parts management, transactional order fulfillment, including HGP
Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline.
Serves as best practice/quality resource.
Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area.
Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
Takes new perspective on existing solutions.
Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
