Job Overview: The Fulfillment Floor Lead oversees the 2nd Shift fulfillment team (approximately 10–15 team members), which includes both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking team members. This role ensures clear communication, smooth daily operations, and efficient execution of shipping, packaging, and delivery work while supporting team performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. Shift Details: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (required): Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • At least 2 years of fulfillment or warehouse experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while leading a team.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator who can motivate and support team members.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and web-based systems.
  • Able to lift up to 25-50 lbs and work in a hands-on, active leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the 2nd Shift fulfillment team by assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Set up and queue jobs to keep work flowing efficiently and priorities clear.
  • Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and service.
  • Train team members and ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Foster a positive, productive work environment by addressing concerns and supporting team morale.
  • Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, training, and special projects.
  • Help organize kit areas and support process and area improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fulfillment and warehouse environment.
  • Enforce company policies and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Support other fulfillment needs as assigned by the Area Leader.
