About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Fulfillment First Line Manager to join our Everett Delivery Center (EDC) Supply Chain team in Everett, WA. 3rd shift: Monday – Friday and core hours 10 pm 5 am. Must be willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.) The successful candidate will lead the third shift Fulfillment team at the Everett Delivery Center. The team is responsible for managing all fulfillment requirements for airplanes on the field for multiple programs. This unique role has the ability to directly impact Boeing Commercial Airplanes overall business plan performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Manufacturing/Operations, or Quality. This candidate should have experience motivating others to meet challenging business goals and objectives; the ability to handle multiple and competing tasks simultaneously; and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements as they relate to our stakeholders, customers, and the FAA. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Fabrication, and/or Program Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Program and/or Fabrication Fulfillment
  • 3+ years of experience leading, directing or managing hourly and/or salaried personnel
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • Must be willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent in Supply Chain, business, or related field
  • Experience with Warehouse operations and/or Expedite
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects
  • Knowledge of MPR, CMES, Velocity, Redars, PDM, ERPLN, eTrac
