About The Position

The Fulfillment Coordinator II supports advanced fulfillment operations by ensuring materials, member ID cards, and mailings are produced, reviewed, and delivered accurately and on time. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate print and promotional projects, manage inventory, and uphold quality assurance standards. The Fulfillment Coordinator II also provides guidance and training to team members while helping maintain efficient, compliant fulfillment workflows in a fast-paced environment. Work Location & Schedule Location: Tustin, CA - On Site Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST Work Environment: This position is on site daily at our Tustin headquarters

Responsibilities

  • Process daily fulfillment ticket requests including printing, collating, folding, stuffing, metering, and packing
  • Produce and process member ID card packages following quality and security standards
  • Operate fulfillment equipment such as printers, folder inserters, and postage meters
  • Coordinate print, mail, and promotional projects, including approvals, proofreading, and artwork confirmation
  • Communicate with and manage vendor relationships to meet production timelines and quality expectations
  • Perform LIVE/QC proof reviews to support quality assurance for in-house and outsourced mailings
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure operational readiness
  • Support shipping, receiving, and offsite storage coordination
  • Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail to appropriate departments
  • Train and support Fulfillment team members on processes, equipment, and quality standards
  • Prioritize tasks effectively while managing frequent interruptions in a deadline-driven environment
