Location: Semmes Full-time – Non-exempt - Day Shift Part-time – Non-exempt - Day Shift (Monday- Friday - Shift begins at 7am and concludes once daily requirement is met. Typical shifts range from approximately 4–6 hours per day.) Reports to: Fulfillment Center Supervisor

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
High physical and mental energy.
Demonstrates initiative and takes responsibility for the quality and quantity work.
Reliable team player who contributes to a positive, can-do work culture.
Able to learn new skills quickly and help others to do the same; embraces change.
Individuals must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Requires walking primarily on a level surface for extended periods of time throughout the day.
Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to pull/pack or store materials throughout the workday.
Proper lifting techniques required.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
Physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a fulfillment center operation.
