Sort, prioritize, and route incoming packages. Handles packages in preparation for processing which includes opening boxes, and initial inspection of product. Verify customers return products according to type and associated procedures. Document inspection results, including any receiving issue, and communicate findings to the team. Collaborate with the fellow team members and management to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Adhere to company and safety standards during all inspections and handling procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and frequent improvements of returns processing. Other duties as assigned
