About The Position

As a Fulfillment Associate, Registered Agent Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills. The work focus is Business Entity creation and UCC lien search functions. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment, and work from our local office in Wilmington, DE. The work schedule is M-F, 12:00 PM-9:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Technology: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, databases, and online searches.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on legal requirements and maintain accuracy in the process of legal documents.
  • Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Documentation: Ability to maintain and organize operational documents.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is highly preferred.
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service, office administration, retail, or restaurant is preferred.
  • Stable work history with the ability to work assigned schedule, 12:00-9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter orders into the system.
  • Process legal documents in the formation of different business entities.
  • Scan physical documents and upload files to relevant government agencies.
  • Work within a team environment to master skills.
  • Efficiently search UCC lien filings.
  • Maintain operational documents and records.
  • Assist in planning under supervision.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met.
  • Help with general administrative duties as needed.
