About The Position

Rifle Paper Co. is seeking a Fulfillment Associate – Key Accounts to support the fulfillment of large-volume customer orders for major retail partners. This is a full-time, hourly position focused on repacking, quality control, and shipment preparation for high-volume, highly specified orders. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to customer-specific requirements, and close collaboration with warehouse and fulfillment teams to meet shipping deadlines. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, replenishment, or inventory role preferred.
  • Basic math skills for counting and ability to read shipping and order documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as required.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required by operational demands.

  • Prior experience supporting high-volume or key retail accounts, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Repack, and prepare large customer orders in accordance with customer-specific packing and labeling requirements.
  • Assemble and repack bulk products into customer-ready configurations as required by key retail partners.
  • Accurately label cartons and pallets, ensuring compliance with routing guides, packing slips, and retailer specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, shared warehouse space, and equipment.
  • Assist with periodic audits of inventory, packing materials, and supplies related to key account fulfillment.
  • Support repacking, stickering, sorting, labeling, and box assembly for key account orders.
  • Assist with staging and palletizing large shipments for outbound transportation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business needs, and organizational objectives.
