Support fulfillment operations by executing efficient, accurate, and scalable processes that contribute to operational excellence across all zones. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive cost savings, productivity, and customer satisfaction through optimized fulfillment practices. Maintain and refine processes and systems to meet on-time delivery KPIs, minimize errors, and ensure reliability in the delivery of products and assets for surgical procedures. Collaborate closely with supply chain, quality, commercial, and clinical teams to ensure alignment, seamless execution, and exceptional customer support. Act as a conduit or expediter when critical inventory is required to support surgical cases, ensuring coverage and efficient asset utilization. Review and process Loaner Extension Requests. Coordinate and monitor inventory retrievals, ensuring timely completion. Assist with preparing reports for sales management to evaluate inventory needs and support proper allocation to meet case demands. Maximize consignment inventory utilization in line with Scorecard goals. Support management of company inventory to achieve case coverage and optimal consignment usage. Provide coverage and support for zone inventory needs in the absence of the Zone Inventory Analyst. Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting. Strive to achieve zero missed surgeries due to lack of inventory. Adhere to the letter and spirit of the company’s Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards through training and consistent application of knowledge. Represent the company professionally and uphold the highest standards of ethical business conduct and social responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Flexible schedule which could include On-Call after hours and/or weekends.
  • Out-going, ambitious, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong self-starting ability
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive accountability, and inspire continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-tasking abilities required for successful job completion
  • Well organized, detail oriented and a team player capable of working in a deadline dictated environment
  • Eagerness to learn the medical device industry and inventory opera
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional ability to partner with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient in Microsoft Excel
