About The Position

Our Fulfillment Operations Team is currently seeking a Fulfillment Account Manager within our Marketplace department. The fulfillment of physical awards is a key driver of our future growth and existing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Client Success Managers and clients. You will be the main point of contact for all information related to the fulfillment of physical items. You will also work closely with the Operations Team to ensure orders are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly, people-oriented personality
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience working in client relations preferred
  • Proven track record of success in each job you’ve held

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and respond to all client requests related to the fulfillment of physical awards
  • Place orders and manage reoccurring orders for clients through internal systems
  • Collaborate across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Client Success, and Implementation to meet with Client’s needs
  • Coordinate with Fulfillment Team to place on-demand orders
  • Respond to client design-change requests and ensure all templates are up to date
  • Coordinate with Fulfillment Team to provide quotes for custom items
  • Lead new clients through the setup process, ensuring all the right information and assets have been delivered
  • Assist the Fulfillment team to in shipping and production as needed
  • Maintain communication with vendors for all production needs
  • Facilitate the reordering of inventory for clients programs
