About The Position

Fuels Real Property Maintenance Management Specialist Responsibilities: Provides administrative and management support to the organization by planning, performing, and coordinating functions necessary for efficient operation. Performs and/or supports a variety of administrative and management functions related to programs within the Agency’s primary mission areas in Operations, Facilities and Quality, including development and update of procedures, planning and tracking of customer requirements, historical records research, data management and update of records. Reviews and analyzes policies and offer recommendations to higher-level staff for changes to policy. Provides administrative support to functional area teams, as required. Performs a variety of managerial and assistance-related actions on standing programs and/or short-term projects/suspenses; using analytical and organizational skills with strong flexibility. Assists in the development of data calls and requests for information, and coordinates with major stakeholders. Performs research and analysis of program performance and provides recommendations to team leaders and higher-level staff. Collects information and collates data. Answers questions and provides general information to customers on procedures and submission of requirements. Provides guidance and assistance on preparing requirements requests. Verifies and maintains substantiating documents. Ensures that supporting labor cost distribution forms are submitted, verifying the accuracy of the information. Extracts, summarizes, and analyzes data in response to various data calls. Provides office back up support to key functions of the Defense Travel System travel data and Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) time records. Performs destruction of non- classified sensitive materials, when directed. Responsible for correct format, grammatic and assembly of supplemental or backup material from files for use as attachments as enclosures. May receive additional guidance from the Contractor Team Lead. Must adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.   Education/Experience: BA/BS +4 years' experience or HS diploma +8 years' experience. A secret security clearance is required.
