About The Position

This role will assist in overseeing fuel projects that optimize & support organizational goals. The Integration Manager will define project scope, objectives & deliverables for fuel related initiatives. Seamless alignment across all branded fuel activities for both Retail and Wholesale channels. This position will serve as the central point of coordination, adhering to brand standards, operational compliance, and strategic execution during market transitions. This role would work cross-functionally to manage as project liaison with Store Operations, Branded Suppliers, Facilities, Construction, Environmental Compliance, M&A & IT. This position will allow us to optimize the overall portfolio & help us best leverage our relationship & contract negotiations with our branded partners to preserve strongest economics before, during & after transition. By bridging Retail & Wholesale strategies, the Fuels Integration Manager will ensure conversion strengthens our market presence, supports our partners & delivers on our commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
  • YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 10+ years
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 5 to 10 years of convenience retail fuels marketing experience
  • Demonstrates leadership & communication skills necessary to influence, execute & implement strategies w/ all levels of the organization
  • Ability to represent the Organization in a professional manner to multiple business partners, Internal/External counterparts and vendors
  • Able to effectively multitask and prioritize

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Compliance: Manage & uphold all branded fuel requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations across transitioning sites. Maintain documentation for audit & reporting.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage site projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with branded fuel suppliers and internal teams to orchestrate smooth, efficient transitions that protect brand integrity and customer experience.
  • Integration Oversight: Maintain visibility across all branded activity, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to optimize performance during integration.
