Role Purpose As a Menzies Aviation Fueling Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Aircraft Fuelers in the Fueling Operations. Other responsibilities include issuing written and verbal instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures. What you will be doing: Supervise Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure Fuelers are performing their duties in a professional, safe and efficient manner, according to Company/Carrier’s standards Ensure the effective operation of fueling Responsible for accurate accounting and fuel transactions Recommending manpower requirements Maintaining harmony among workers and resolving grievances Perform as mentor to other employees Performing or assisting subordinates in performing duties Ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner Uphold the company’s commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Perform other duties as assigned Shift: 1500 - 2330 Tuesday and Wednesday OFF Would you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role?
