About The Position

Manage system engineering and integration into the vehicle platform Support issue resolution including data collection and analysis to support root cause confirmation and corrective actions Manage component and system level validation testing to support engineering milestone signoffs Established and active employee resource groups

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in the usage of D&R tools such as WERS, Teamcenter, FEDE, Global 8D, DFMEA, DVP&R, PV, APQP Reviews, and AIMs
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills who can look ahead for the GPDS program deliverables, develop a workplan and drive the process both inside of Ford and with the supply base to meet the deliverables
• Strong problem solving skills for complex issues using a data-driven approach
• Familiarity with fuel system components, materials, and their manufacturing processes
• Strong organizational skills

• Design and release experience
• Previous Fuel Systems work, and launch experience is desired
