Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain house customer accounts
  • Set and update daily customer pricing
  • Identify supply points, execute supply plans, ensure contract obligations are scheduled for fuel deliveries, and coordinate logistics
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Participate in daily fuel bids for public and municipal entities
  • Utilize CRM systems to generate and maintain customer reports
  • Conduct customer visits and participate in customer engagement events
