About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the 24/7 execution of fuel operations, coordinate daily dispatching of
fuel, managing and maintaining the operations of designated common carrier
fleet; (This will require some nights and weekends).
Ensure fuel-pricing strategies are executed per Company standards;
Analyze fuel metrics and trends and prepare action plans to address areas of
opportunity;
Order Brand elements, ensure adherence and schedule repairs to maintain Brand
standards;
Collaborate with operations teams to consistently meet or exceed performance
expectations for brands Mystery Shop program;
Schedule site visits with our dealer customers two times per month;
Collaborate with General Manager of Crawford Oil; daily to discuss fuel
strategy, areas of opportunity, and any new business relative to the offered
Brand;
Ensure that all company equipment is in compliance with local and state
requirements.
Any other duties as assigned by General Manager of Crawford Oil.

Experience and Education:

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Possess at least 1-3 years of Transportation/Logistics experience or equivalent experience/education
• Accurate/detail oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate excel skills
• Class C Driver’s License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, relationship building and collaboration skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task to complete responsibilities
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, 4 feet high; and 20 pounds, 5 feet high, without assistance
• Must be able to sit/stand up for up to a full 8-hour shift, in the performance of the position
• Must be able to work around various fumes, odors, chemical agents, and solvents
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions
• Must be able to use a desk top and lap top computer as well as mobile and desk phone to accomplish duties
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
