The role involves performing construction duties and supervising job site personnel and subcontractors to complete assigned work, aiming to maximize profitability, exceed client expectations, and ensure quality. The Foreman will provide services efficiently, timely, safely, ethically, and professionally, also acting as Job Site Safety Officer to implement injury and illness prevention policies. The position requires following instructions and completing jobs timely and safely, and reports to the Director. This role involves frequent travel to various environments and jobsites. Initial training of approximately four weeks is based out of the Richardson, TX office, requiring 25% to 50% overnight travel. Following training, overnight travel will be approximately 50% to 75% of the time. During busy testing seasons, technicians may be out of town for up to three weeks, including some weekends, depending on client schedules and project needs. All travel-related expenses, including lodging, transportation, and a daily per diem, are fully covered by the company.
