Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive and heavy equipment systems and components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

• Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements on heavy equipment, trucks, and vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and maintenance schedules.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including services performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
• Assist with minor repairs and adjustments under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
