About The Position

We are hiring for a long-term fiber-to-the-home build in Louisville, KY/Southern Indiana and are seeking an experienced FTTH OSP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of outside plant projects. This role owns Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and is responsible for schedule, budget, forecasting, risk management, and client communication. You will manage both internal and subcontracted crews and play a key role in driving execution, financial performance, and overall project health. Flexible work from home options available.

Requirements

Proven experience managing FTTH OSP construction projects
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end EPC delivery
Strong financial and forecasting skills
Experience managing both in-house crews and subcontractors
Advanced scheduling and change management experience
Clear, confident communicator comfortable working with executives and clients

Responsibilities

Full EPC delivery for FTTH OSP projects from design through construction closeout
Project scheduling, production planning, and milestone execution
Ownership of project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Managing change orders, scope, and schedule trade-offs
Coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams
Managing W-2 field crews and subcontractors
Client communication and executive-level reporting
Tracking project and program health metrics and managing risk
