Requirements

Experienced career nanny with a background in multi-child households
Loving, patient, and trustworthy with excellent judgment
Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail

Comfortable with a parent present in and out throughout the day
Safe, clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care for the 1-year-old and 3-year-old
Plan engaging activities that support growth, learning, and daily routines
Prepare lunch and light meals for children.
Diaper changes and support potty training in a positive, consistent, and developmentally appropriate manner
Transport older children to after-school activities.
Run child- and family-related errands, such as returns and light pickups
Organize children’s shoes, clothing, and belongings, including seasonal rotation and sizing as children outgrow items
Organize pantry and children’s closets during nap times
Maintain order and structure in children’s spaces in coordination with the live-in housekeeper
Communicate clearly and collaboratively with parents
