The Lead Staffing Coordinator owns scheduling, time and attendance, and workforce management processes supporting Levy’s game day and event operations at Nationals Park. This role functions as a high impact individual contributor, leading systems accuracy, data integrity, and process excellence to ensure labor readiness and real time attendance visibility. Reporting to the Director of Staffing, Hospitality Operations, this position partners closely with operations leaders to translate event forecasts into staffing plans, maintain accurate schedules, and deliver a consistent team member experience.
