Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage trends, and a wide range of spirits, wines, and cocktails
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
Food Handers Card and MAST permit required
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, including ingredients, recipes, and recommendations
Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food & beverages
Remain attentive to the needs and requests of the customers
Treat customers with courtesy and respect
Learn the names and personally recognize guests
